Founded in Épernay in 1947, Champagne Jacquinot et Fils is a family-run estate with roots stretching back to the French Revolution. From Pierre Jacquinot’s early work in the vineyards after the First World War to the creation of the Jacquinot et Fils brand with his sons Jacques and Jean-Guy, each generation has continued the family tradition of crafting elegant, hand-made Champagne.

Today, the 17-hectare vineyard remains proudly family-owned under Jean-Manuel Jacquinot, producing premium Champagne from Épernay, celebrated for its balance, finesse, and rich heritage.

Rooted in a long family tradition of winemaking, our producer began crafting wine in 1973 with a simple aim: to create honest, expressive wines from the soils of Les Riceys. Over the decades, the estate has grown while remaining proudly committed to this exceptional terroir.

In 2001, his sons, Sébastien and Aurélien, joined the family business, helping to guide the vineyard forward with sustainable practices and a dedication to quality. Their vines are farmed without herbicides, and some wines are aged in barrels to bring added finesse to their Champagnes.

Today, their 10-hectare estate produces elegant Champagnes and the renowned Rosé des Riceys, an appellation unique to their village. A true family craft—authentic, passionate, and deeply rooted in tradition

Pascal Walczak, Les Riceys

A family tradition spanning three generations, Domaine Heimbourger is located in the Yonne, at the northern edge of Burgundy. For decades, the Heimbourger family has cultivated its vineyards with care, precision, and deep respect for the land.

The estate works across three recognised appellations — Chablis, Irancy, and Bourgogne — producing wines that faithfully reflect their terroir and heritage. The vineyards are planted on gently sloping hillsides with predominantly south and south-east exposure, offering ideal conditions for slow, balanced ripening.

Plantings are thoughtfully divided between Chardonnay for Chablis and Bourgogne Blanc, Pinot Noir for Bourgogne Rouge and Irancy, alongside smaller parcels of Gamay and the historic Burgundian grape César, which brings depth and structure to Irancy wines.

Farming is carried out with an environmentally conscious approach, prioritising vine health and grape quality. In the cellar, the winemaking remains precise and restrained, allowing the natural character of each appellation to express itself clearly.

We are proud to partner with Domaine Heimbourger and to introduce their authentic, terroir-driven Burgundian wines to the UK.

Domaine Rémi Gauthier – Moselle, France

Domaine Rémi Gauthier is located in Vic-sur-Seille, in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, in southern Moselle. The estate farms 6 hectares across the three recognised terroirs of the AOC Moselle: Pays du Saulnois, Pays Messin, and the Pays des Trois Frontières

A family-driven and environmentally committed domaine, the vineyards have been worked in Organic and Biodynamic agriculture since the estate’s creation. Respect for living soils and biodiversity sits at the centre of every decision, with a strong focus on expressing each terroir through carefully crafted single-parcel cuvées.

The Gauthier family’s winemaking story began in the late 1980s, when Claude Gauthier helped revive the historic vineyards of Vic-sur-Seille. Today, that pioneering spirit continues through a new generation, combining patience, precision, and deep respect for Moselle’s unique winegrowing heritage.

We are proud to partner with Domaine Rémi Gauthier and to showcase a rare and authentic expression of Moselle wines.
