This dry AOC Moselle white wine shows a deep, pronounced yellow colour. Round and expressive on the palate, it reveals a rich aromatic profile centered on white-fleshed fruits. A refreshing finish brings harmony and balance, making it a lively and approachable wine.

Vinification and ageing

Direct pressing followed by cold settling for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 6 months in tank, preserving its fresh fruit character and aromatic purity.

Shelf life

It can be aged for 3 to 5 years.

Food and wine pairing

Ideal with pan-seared foie gras, pike-perch with beurre blanc, veal baeckeoffe, and bloomy-rind cheeses.

Operating Temperature

It is served at around 10–12°C.
