This dry AOC Moselle white wine displays a pale yellow colour. The nose opens with elegant floral notes, alongside hints of cereal and toasted aromas. On the palate, the wine is well balanced and fruit-driven, supported by a beautiful saline and mineral backbone that brings freshness and length.

Vinification and ageing

Direct pressing followed by cold settling for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels previously used for 2 to 3 wines, adding subtle complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Shelf life

It can be aged for 5 to 7 years.

Food and wine pairing

Perfect with beef carpaccio, sole meunière, pan-seared red mullet, and pressed cheeses.

Operating Temperatures

It is served at around 10–12°C.
