Burgundy pinot gris has an attractive light pink colour. It has a fruity nose with notes of fresh citrus and exotic fruit. It is full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate, with fine flavours of exotic fruit and strawberry.

It can age between 2 and 3 years.

Ideal as an aperitif, or with starters, it goes very well with spicy dishes, asparagus and certain cheeses.
